Memori Ramadhan

Assalamualaikum :)

It has been a time since I’m not updating this blog.

Time flies sooooo fast. Kann?

Tak percaya? Even now is already 13^th Ramadhan.

Well let’s see.

When the Ramadhan is coming, I just can’t forget my Ramadhan in Merbok.

You wouldn’t know how much I missed every single thing there.

There are lots and lots of sweeeeet memories to be remembered.

I won’t forget that moment when maktab asked us to serve the dishes for berbuka puasa by following each homeroom. I felt sooooo excited to have iftar jama’i with them. It was just like serving for your family and siblings, you know? When you were so far far away from your family, the only persons that you can cuddle of are your best friends and of course your ‘ummi’ as well. :)

Ouh yeah. Another one thing that I can’t forget during fasting month in Merbok was  our mussolla will play Opick songs every evening in which everyone at the maktab can heard it too! I didn’t recognize Opick at that time but I felt his songs were absolutely awesome especially Astaghfirullah song. And till now, I am still listening to him. :)

The tarawih time is another time that I wouldn’t forget too. Hehe. Whenever we were praying in mussolla, the girls will try to guess who were the ‘imam’ and the ‘bilal’ on that night. Especially the one who got nice voice like Mior Uzair, Anis Afandi and Fendi. Hee. Well, they really have great voices. Believe me! :D

Based on these memories, I just can remember, Imam al-Ghazali used to ask his students:

“Perkara apakah yang paling jauh dengan kita dalam dunia ini?”

Dan jawapannya ialah masa lalu..

It is so true that how hard is it we miss someone or something, we can’t even go to the past. What’s done is done. Things that will be remained are just memories..

Dan apakah perkara yang paling dekat dengan kita dalam dunia ini?

Jawapannya ialah mati..

He left us in Syaaban which Ramadhan was just around the corner 3 years ago. Moga atuk lebih tenang di sana. Dan moga Allah tempatkan atuk di kalangan orang2 yang beriman. Ameen.
